About Bond and Binder

Bond and Binder exists because affordable, effective chest binders shouldn't be hard to find. We make compression garments for trans men, transmasculine people, non-binary people, and anyone who binds. Designed to be genuinely comfortable, genuinely flat, and genuinely accessible to everyone who needs them.

We ship from the UK and serve customers worldwide. Every product in our range is built around what actually matters: fit, compression, safety, and a price that doesn't make you choose between affirmation and your bank account.

Our founder

Bond and Binder was founded by Robyn Electra, a trans woman, entrepreneur, and LGBTQ+ activist.

Robyn knows from personal experience what it means to need a product that works and not be able to access it. Growing up in Nigeria, where being transgender is illegal, she had no access to gender-affirming products. She understands, at a level most brand founders don't, what the right product can mean to someone's daily life.

She founded Gaff and Go, the UK's first transgender lingerie brand, and co-founded Trans Celebration, a UK grassroots charity that provides chest binders and other gender-affirming products to people who cannot afford them. Bond and Binder grew directly from that work and those connections.

Our beliefs

Gender-affirming products are not a luxury. For many people they are a necessity: for comfort, for safety, for being able to leave the house feeling like yourself.

We believe the price of a binder should never be what stands between someone and that. It's why our pricing is what it is, and why we partner with Trans Celebration to ensure products reach people who need them most.
