We work with warehouses around the world so we can offer the best shipping options wherever you live. Because orders may be dispatched from different locations, if you order more than one item they may sometimes arrive separately. If that happens, there is no need to worry. Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally delays outside our control can affect them, and we appreciate your patience if that happens.

Your order timeline has two parts:

Processing time: order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are sent for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.

Shipping time: this is the time from dispatch to delivery. International delivery usually takes 14 to 30 business days. US orders in particular take 20 to 30 business days, though this can occasionally be shorter or longer.
